Security deposit
A pre-authorization of 10% is held 1 day before arrival and voided 7 days after departure.
Notes
- The season opens the weekend before Memorial Day.
- Arrivals are Wednesday, Thursday or Friday; departures are Sunday or Monday.
- Late May, early June and fall stays require a 2-night minimum.
- High Season (mid-June to mid-September) requires a 3-night minimum.
- 4th of July is a 4-night stay, Thursday to Monday. Labor Day is a 3-night stay, Friday to Monday. Memorial Day weekend requires a 2-night minimum.
- Stay 5 nights (Wednesday to Monday) and save 10%.
- We review every booking request personally.
- We cannot accept same-day bookings. 1 week advanced bookings only.
- 50% of the rental fee is required upon booking. The remaining balance will be auto-billed 10 days prior to stay.
- If a booking is received less than 10 days prior to stay, 100% of the rental fee is required upon booking.
- There is a 10% refundable damage deposit.
- Tent use may be available for an additional fee; inquire with your booking request.
- In the event of a cancellation, the guest will only be refunded if we are able to re-book the rental on the same nights.
