Frequently asked questions

Can I rent just one cabin?
No. We rent the whole property to one group, so you'll never share it with strangers.

How many people does it fit?
It's best for 6 couples or 6 families, about 12 to 20 people. The cabins can sleep up to 28 using every bed.

What are the beds like?
Each cabin has two queen beds with real mattresses and linens. Two cabins also have a twin bunk.

Do the cabins have bathrooms?
No. Guests use 4 private bathrooms with showers in the main house, a short walk from the cabins.

Is there a kitchen?
Yes. Guests share a full kitchen in the main house. Each cabin also has a mini fridge and its own grill.

When are you open?
The cabins are seasonal, from May through October. They have no heat or air conditioning.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome, with no pet fees or limits. For their safety, please keep pets on a leash, in a pen or on a tie-out, and don't leave them alone in a cabin.

Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, across the property.

How far is the beach?
Warren Dunes State Park is about 2 miles away, roughly a 5-minute drive.

Can we use the bocce court?
Yes, it's free for cabin guests. You can also add a learn-to-play lesson with HC Bocce Club when you book.

Can we host an event?
Yes, gatherings are welcome. Parties of more than 30 people need our review before we accept the reservation, so please share your plans when you inquire.
